Almost everyone everywhere now is overweight.
It’s an absurd and tragic situation, especially here in America, what with literal obese teenagers and even little kids who are already fat. The damage being done to the children’s bodies from starting out life overweight probably can’t be exaggerated. Even if people manage to keep slim in their youth, most people now start getting heavy in middle age. This is all unnatural and immoral.
You do feel bad for overweight people of course. But one enormous fact often left out (actually banned) from the conversations is that being obese is extremely antisocial. It shows an utter disregard for yourself and for society to eat so much that your body has to develop extra flabs on your belly, hips and arms to store the excess of calories that you are stuffing it with.
As with all urgent problems in America, Americans use lazy fixes to try to lose weight: some men try testosterone and many are trying Ozempic, which is absolutely insane. (Never take this drug under any circumstances.)
Study Finds Ozempic and Wegovy Linked to Condition Causing Blindness
In Galatians 5:19-20, Paul lists off the works of the flesh, acts which will not inherit the kingdom of God.
The good news is anyone can easily lose weight (serious poundage) using the “carnivore diet”: eating only meat, fish, and eggs. This is not a calorie-counting diet—you can eat all the food you want, within the diet. Anyone can lose weight by doing this, except someone with some kind of quite unique health problem.
About Processed Foods
I’m assuming we all understand already that all processed foods are fake garbage and unhealthy in the extreme. Never ever eat processed foods if you can avoid them. There’s something confusing now in the media and out here in these streets where people speak of “ultraprocessed foods,” but I don’t see the point of the new term. Maybe they are trying to make us more comfortable with various levels of danger in food and hoping that even if we’re scared of “ultraprocessed poison” we will at least enjoy only somewhat processed poisoned instead of God’s food: meat, fish and eggs.
As a rule of thumb, processed foods includes basically all the brightly colored packages sitting in the center of a grocery store, in a bag or a box. Even if it says “natural” or ‘organic,” nobody should eat any of it. Most of it is soy and corn, and it is all unspeakably damaging. Stop now.
The Carnivore Diet Is Not a Permanent Way of Life, It’s for Weight Loss and Laying the Foundation for Getting in Shape
Real Talk: many of the carnivore diet people are kooks. The people who promote this diet as a long-term solution for life are basically cultists. Look at this man:

Carnivore cannot be the total panacea the cultists promote, because the human body also needs “essential vitamins and minerals,” some of which are not found in meat and which your body cannot produce. Carnivores will also argue that you don’t actually need fiber, which is probably true. (I don’t know enough about this to say.)
Another fascinating thing is that if you eat the brain, lungs, kidneys, liver, (all the organs) you could safely, nay flourishingly, eat nothing but meat the rest of your life. I haven’t tried it so I can’t directly testify but testimony elsewhere combined with studies point to this being a great option. But the carnivore cultists tell you to just eat the flesh (the muscle basically) of the animals, and they try to say your body will adapt to not having the essential vitamins and minerals.
Personally, I hate liver. I raised steers last year and still have quite a lot of their organs frozen and have experimented with those, but I have not succeeded yet in enjoying liver.
It would seem many people are really grossed out by eating organs but you should at least try it before writing it off. It’s highly beneficial, especially liver. And you can find butchers who will mix organ meat in with regular sirloin ground up, and once you cook it up you won’t even be able to tell (except in how it boosts your health).
Regarding these essential nutrients, though: your body retains them for a long time. That means you could theoretically eat meat exclusively for a year without any problems. And you can also just take supplements for them. (Here is a full list of the vitamins and minerals that are hard to get out of meat flesh.)
The Other “Health Risks” are All Total Lies
The food pyramid charts we all saw in school growing up were complete hoaxes, not only fake science but quite harmful in their outrageous (malicious?) advice. They were shilled various evil government groups starting about 50 years ago. These people promoted the insane lie that you should
limit red meat to protect your health (LIE!) and
eat a lot of carbs (EVIL FALSEHOOD)
One or the other of those would have been plenty evil alone; combining both lies in a single propaganda package was nefarious.
It’s the origin of our obesity crisis in America.
Do you want to be obese?
Because eating 6-11 servings of pasta daily is how you get there, and quick.
The only way to eat that much pasta without becoming a blob is combining it with near constant and highly effortful exercise. Their advice about fruits and vegetables is also fake—there’s no reason to eat huge quantities. Overall, if you opt out of the organs mentioned earlier, you will need to eat some limited vegetables, but not huge amounts, and nowhere near what these government kooks are promoting. It’s actually quite unhealthy to do that.
For most people, modern fake dairy (that is, all dairy that comes from pasteurized milk) is going to lead to gut issues and inflammation. Ideally, you should completely drop dairy for several months. That will give you a baseline to understand how dairy affects your body, and you can add it back and see what happens. Any inflammation should convince you to stay away. But even if it does not affect you that way, it’s a fake product marketed as a substitute for one of the greatest things you can eat for your health, and that is authentic, raw cow’s milk.
RFK Jr. Calls On Raw Milk Farming Champion to Lead Efforts to Defend Raw Milk
Raw milk is the ultimate super food.
The alleged “dangers” of red meat are all vast lies. Studies have repeatedly shown that the cholesterol myth is a galaxy-brain-level hoax. The truth is there is good cholesterol (something the government propaganda conveniently glosses over), and then the problems with bad cholesterol stem from being overweight, not from eggs dummies. Even if you cannot tell someone is fat from looking, they could still have internal fat causing high levels of bad cholesterol. But avoiding meat and eggs is not the solution there—it’s to stop eating excessive carbohydrates and sugar (cutting those leads to all kinds of health benefits, in fact).
We also face an unfortunate problem with the fact that the word fat means both a kind of food (a very good kind of food) but also means “obese blob.” The government has exploited this confusing coincidence by claiming that “eating fat makes you fat,” which, while it sounds clever, is in fact an utter lie. Almost all stored fat in the fat bodies of the fats is from inhaling carbs and sugar. As a basic nutrition reminder, carbs get processed into sugars by the body, so eating bread or pasta is essentially like pouring a bag of sugar into your maw.
What to Eat
Boiled eggs are the easiest thing to eat. Bacon and eggs (fry them in the bacon grease) are also nutritious and delicious. Yum!
Honestly you could improve your health by a ton by eating nothing but boiled eggs. Cheap and efficient, but most people want more variety obviously. There’s no limit here because these are super foods. (Bonus points if you have your own free range hens laying eggs in the backyard.) Just boil them and eat as many as you want.
Another staple here is the much-demonized (by women and soyboys) ground beef. This is easy to cook in butter.
Steak is obviously one of the greatest things in life and much to be desired and consumed on your quest to lose weight.
Fish is vital to this plan, and you have options here. Salmon and sardines are the best, (not personally a fan of sardines, but my daughter loves them). You can eat both from a can (so no prep). Wild caught salmon is best—frozen is okay, but not ideal). Searing it in butter with a little olive oil keeps the butter from burning.
I do not recommend chicken at all, and try never to eat it. Chicken is gross, and even the chickens at Whole Foods tend to be nasty. Chicken does fit into the diet, but be sure to get some idea where it’s coming from, ideally your own yard. Our whole family knows how to process chickens but I have not been pleased by the results (though admittedly we do not have “meat birds”).
Any kind of game meat is also good. A lot of people in my area hunt deer, squirrel, or rabbit. Our family loves venison and I recommend frying it very well done and/or mixing it with sirloin.
Even after at least six weeks of nothing but meat, the only veggies I would recommend would be fermented vegetables, stuff like: sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, carrots, or anything that is fermented. I personally hate the taste of these, but I try to work them in because they’re so beneficial to gut health.
This Can Be Uncomfortable at the Start
When you start eating only meat, you might get headaches, diarrhea, brainfog, tiredness, and various other symptoms. This is normal. I promise.
But it’s not that bad. And in fact it’s a sign of your body healing.
Those feelings are just like the withdrawal symptoms a junkie feels coming off crack or heroin. And you have been addicted if you’ve had a junk food habit.
Some people find it’s better to transition step by step into a meat-only diet to avoid some of the worst symptoms. Personally, I would go cold turkey, but that might not be your best option. If you have a hard time going straight into no carbs, keep some rice and/or potatoes at first and then cut those too.
Another tip: use plenty of salt on your food. You should use a whole lot of sea salt. This is essential for both your health and for flavor.
If You’re Already the Shape/Weight You Want to Be…
If you’re already good with where your weight is, you are allowed to have “clean carbs,” defined as white rice and potatoes. But again, only if you have stopped being fat. At that point, those two carb forms are fine and in fact may help with your workout routine. And once you’re trim, you can also eat various vegetables. (Though that is not much of a prize frankly. What? Did you think I was going to say you could go back to eating pizzas?)
I do not recommend any carbs that contain gluten or the shell, which would include all forms of flour and wheat used in bread and pasta. Keep on avoiding these as much as possible even after stopping being fat. No one should really eat that stuff ever. But if you’re already in shape, the clean carbs can help with workouts and energy levels.
For all fat people though, I don’t recommend any carbs.
I’m obviously very much in favor of liquor, but you are going to want to eliminate (or sharply reduce) that while working to lose weight. You can possibly afford a weekly drink, but don’t drink beer, ever.*

Crucial Conclusion
In this life, none of us has very much control over how things are. One of the primary things you do control is what you put into your body. I would go so far as to say that if you can’t control what you put into your body, you are not going to be able to control anything else. This means that the diet issue goes beyond simply stewarding your health and looking good (which are both worthy ends in themselves); the diet issue also has religious implications.
The Bible plainly connect the body and the spirit, and Jesus cared much about the state of both in the people He knew and loved on earth. But there is no clear way to develop a healthy spiritual life and have this in turn change your body. (There might be something in the Bible about that directional arrow; I am not aware of it if there is.) But there is a clear path you can follow of changing your diet and increasing your concentration, confidence, mental sharpness, and self-esteem.
To wrap it up, if you’re fat, the only thing you need to be thinking about is getting back into a healthy size and shape. You do not need to be thinking about any kind of hobbies. There will be plenty of time for those things once you get your body (and an improved mind) back.
*My friends will tell you that I do drink beer occasionally, but I try only to do this at social gatherings or parties for fun and bonding. The same goes for selectively eating certain carbs or junk food at family gatherings and events. To paraphrase Orwell, sooner violate any of the above “rules” than make an ass of yourself and become obnoxious to your friends and family. No level of physical fitness is worth becoming annoying over, and people don’t like lectures (even silent lectures).
