You should take everything that the government/media/academia say about anything—especially health and diet advice—and go do the opposite of all of it.
They have been exposed as lying about everything from eggs causing cholesterol, to veganism being the healthiest diet, to low-fat foods being healthy and eating fat causing obesity.
These people just ban all kinds of health-boosting foods, therapies and natural substances in order to hurt you and deprive you of long life and health.
They demonize the good things and promote something lab-concocted which is way worse and often deadly.
Then useful idiots (media zombie believers) sincerely promote the government zogchow stuff and mob crunchy people like you and me and Bobby.
I endorse drinking raw milk as much as possible. And I also endorse everything I’m aware that Bobby has mentioned putting in place if he is confirmed as Secretary of Health and Human Services. But just like I said when Trump first nominated him, I won’t be really celebrating until he is confirmed and actually making moves.
Same with the talk of making Jay Bhattacharya Director of NIH.

Mark McAfee, a California raw milk producer whose products have been recalled several times recently due to bird flu contamination, said he has been approached by Robert F Kennedy Jr’s team to guide the upcoming administration on raw milk policy.
McAfee, whose dairy products were recalled after state officials detected bird flu virus in milk samples, said that the transition team for Kennedy, the nominee to lead the Department of Health and Human Services, asked him to apply for a position advising on raw milk policy and standards development. The idea, he told the Guardian, would be to create a “raw milk ordinance”, mirroring the existing federal “standard milk ordinance”.
Kennedy is a notable fan of raw, or unpasteurized, milk, including McAfee’s products. If confirmed, he has said, he would work to remove restrictions on raw milk, which the Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have so far advised against consuming.
Kennedy’s team did not respond immediately to the Guardian’s request for comment.
McAfee’s Raw Farm in Fresno supplies raw milk and milk products to grocery stories across California, and has the unique distinction of supplying the kefir used in the smoothies at Los Angeles’s celebrity-approved Erewhon market.
As a pleb, I know nothing of the Hollywood version of Erewhon. But I do know its namesake, the Samuel Butler novel.
Nicole Shanahan, Kennedy’s running mate when he ran against Trump for the Republican presidential nomination, interviewed McAfee for a documentary about raw milk released earlier this year. She told McAfee that Kennedy was a fan, and drinks his milk when he is home in Malibu. In a post on X in October, Kennedy said that with Trump in office, the FDA’s “war on public health” would end, as would its “aggressive suppression” of raw milk.

Drinking pasteurized milk is one of the most obscene hoaxes ever perpetrated on the public.
It destroys all the bacteria in the raw milk that make it beneficial.
Imagine that the psyops have been so successful that billions of people worldwide have been fooled into refusing all the foods their ancestors consumed gladly for centuries.
And were far healthier than we are, by the way. And far slimmer and happier.
Although that wasn’t just the food. It was also the Christianity and the lack of family courts and abortion and gay marriage and the whole modern package of hateful lies.
Still though. If we could solve diet, a lot of knock-on benefits would follow. Stuff like masculine men, feminine women, physical fitness, high energy producers and a whole lot of sanity (sanity means health/sanitary/sanctify).
